If it would be "real" double spell speed, it would be great. But it justs doubles the stat - that's a big difference in the end.

Read what I said....? Why do people type before they think, I said it doubles SPELL SPEED, this is the STAT in the game, its called spell speed, it affects your..you know, spell speed.

The point he was making was that doubling the stat doesn't mean that the speed of your casting is halved. In fact, on my White Mage it works out at a very measly 15% casting speed and recast.
That's almost negligible when you consider how short the duration is.

All wrong, ignorance is bliss. He was correcting me because he did not read what I said correctly. Also it does well more than 15% boost, please don't pull numbers out of your ass without doing any real math. This ability shaves off over an entire second on my casting time as well as recast, that is a hell of a lot more than 15% and the duration is one of the longest buffing spells in the game, most are only around 10 seconds PoM is 50% longer than that.

You fail at reading comprehension. Allow me to reiterate...All wrong, ignorance is bliss.
On MY white mage it works out at a 15% increase in speed. It obviously will depend on your base spell speed before you use the skill. The point I was making is that there are diminishing returns for higher spell speeds, so the bonus isn't that great. Point in case:
Raise cast time before PoM: 7.86s
Cast time during PoM: 6.68.
Total time saved is 1.18s
There you have it, a 15% speed boost. If you're really that stupid not to bother doing the maths for yourself then that's really your problem. Furthermore, unless you have a really low base spell speed, which you probably don't, there is no way in hell you're shaving a whole second off your recast speed. You probably didn't bother to look at the numbers after the decimal point.
So, to use your own words... don't pull numbers out of your ass without doing any real math.

Knew you were going to use the spell raise. As I said, ignorance is bliss; also don't start attacking me because I did not attack you, stop being spiteful. That 1.18s saved is saved off most all your spells, if your cures are cast in half the time your raise will NOT get the same treatment, it will get about the same amount of TIME taken off the cast, not %. So as I said again, don't pull numbers out your ass.
