I guess it depends on your server and which ward you like. Also there are FC's that were just formed so players could buy their own house, that was the only reason those FC's were started. I have also seen larger FC's with smaller satellite FC's in the same wards. That may explain some of your shortage.

That's not really related to FC airships it's part of the Ixal story, you help them build an airship.

That's fine but owning an Fc has its perks.I wouldn't be surprised if SE makes public stables cost some gil like 5000 if you want to use the facility.

I'm not part of an FC but am okay with some things only accessible to FCs. The right type of FC content will add some flavor and incentivize players to socialize. It will give unFC'd players like myself some motivation to find his/her niche within the community.

While FCs are social, most FCs are built around working together for things like instances, hunting, etc... basically content that doesn't mesh well with chocobos. I would like to think there will be other avenues for unFC'd players to train their chocobos (maybe not as efficiently as FC stables, but something nonetheless).

The devs have already made it clear that they plan to implement stable features via chocobo porters in an upcoming patch. So there's that.

This is what's getting frustrating. Why are these universal options NOT the first rolled out, with the "FC-House" version coming later?
Every patch, it's becoming a trend of "You'll get this feature down the road!". :-/

Because we had to work to buy a house and we should be rewarded for our effort, they should release them at the same time, but if one of the option have to come first it should be the FC one.

And we can be here arguing about this forever and no one would be right, but SE needs to place incentives to buy a house or no one would buy it, they already said this from the start, at first housing would be only a social feature, but they would implement certain advantages for housing owners in the long term.

Maybe shout for an FC that'll take you in long enough and trust you enough to use the gardening, get your chocobo dyed, then leave?

Or why not join an FC, enjoy the benefits, and take fc chat off all your logs?

A lot of FC's don't mind people like that; you'd still be giving them FC points from things you do.
