PSA i90 gear is no longer guaranteed tier IV materia

There are better ways to go about grinding. Making a player grind something and leaving it to RNG blows more that a cheap $2 hooker on a Saturday night.

Converted full i50 crafting set earlier and got 3/11 IV.
Converted my i55 Militia set and got 3/11 IV.

Nothing new here. *shrug*

It's disappointing that i90 has a chance to fail IV, especially since it's a financial investment as well as the length of time you have to spend bonding it...

ilv50-55 Crafting sets have a chance to give III's or IV's and crafting gear will only give crafting materia unlike normal gear where you get elemental materia on top of III's and IV's. And its great that you got 3 IV's out of ilv55 but many of us have bonded 2 or 3 sets and never seen a IV let alone one that we could use.

an ilvl 90 set requires 3 hullbreaker runs for 100% sb now
getting 6 tier IV materia just by running hullbreaker for 1 hour would destroy the market, so it was really clever what they did
