You 100% misunderstood what the comparison was for.

Don't base MMO style on single player style. That's a one way street to Imbalance Town. Look at XI and how it has very little in common with previous iterations of the franchise. So clearly by that same token XIV needs to be different (from all the single players) for sake of balance.

That's not what balance means but ok.
