I rarely use my chocobo, and I also think SE is gonna create a huge timesink to dye it.
If it was possible to speak to an npc and just tell him how to dye it, I'd dye it pink!
If I need at least one rare material, then Ill let it be yellow forever

You need an FC house... that's your only 'rare' material.
