    How so? They've only existed for a little over a month. If we assume FFXIV continues on and lives 8 years, that's only 1% of the lifespan. Of course this could be more or less, but my point is that now is the PERFECT time to alter the Hunt system while it's still in its infancy.

    I don't get soldiery from hunts as I still do dungeons. .. so im fine with terminal of soldiery n mytho... but if u put a weekly cap on seals. .. if you don't cap out at beginning of week like mostly probably would. .. less n less people around to beat A and S ranks

    In terms of actual relevant content it is pretty late to adjust. Real adjustment should have been made in the first seven days. If they nerf it they punish people who didn't like the community the content created. The system may get added on to down the road but if that comes with new items it should get a fresh overhaul then.

    I think the best thing to do is just put allied seals everywhere. We already have a scale since the hunts give myth and Soldiery. Moves some of the crazy hunters off server into other content. If I really had a choice and was possible I would like it so if you zone in after the spawn you can't get credit. I can't imagine they expected hundreds of people to move from zone to zone like raging locusts.

    If you watch the Dualshockers interview, which is actually a restating of what he/Yoshi-P had said before Hunts were released, the intended audience for the content is not the majority of folks who are doing them now. They were intended for the solo and undermanned crowds (smaller group content), exception being S ranks (though still not intended for half the server showing up to kill it). Since he seems to still believe that it should be that way, I doubt any of these will happen, assuming they're wanting to change things for the long term, rather than a band-aid fix.
