I feel that the fatigue penalty for DoL jobs is too severe.

While I have no empirical evidence to support this, it seems my Botanist goes into fatigue quicker than other jobs.

Unlike DoH, DoW, and DoM jobs where the only penalty is reduced SP, DoH jobs really get penalized in 3 different ways, which imho is not fair at all:

1. The obvious SP penalty
2. As you near or enter fatigue you damage a large piece of what you would otherwise have harvested. So there is an economic penalty.
3. Every time you damage something you get only 50% of the SP. So a significant SP hit vs. other jobs, when coupled with #1.
