Anyone need a roommate and/or carpool?

I'm trying to set up a carpool too, since I'm going by myself.
Heading out from Southern California, San Bernardino county area, close to Ontario and Chino Hills and all that.
What area are you in?

Also, I don't know if you already booked a room, but I'm rooming with two other people at the Palms and a fourth person would help lower the costs for each of us more.
Let me know if you're interested in that.
Or at least the carpool xD

The rough estimate for just the three of us was about $170-$180 each I think.
So between four people it would be about $135 total more or less.
I have to double check the final price from the guy that booked it, but I think that's a close estimate.

And yeah, let's do this carpool!

I'm thinking the easiest thing would be for you to come to me and then we head to RubyMoose, if I have my directions correct...
Which I'm not sure right now, just got off work so I'm all blah.
If you don't have a car I could head down and pick you up and then we head up to Santa Barbara and switch cars if Moose wants to drive?

Ah, I see. The hotel I got was pretty cheap I got it for $200 for all three days and it's a 10 min walking distance from rio, but still let me know if you still need an extra guy. Also I was thinking about taking the back roads since I love road trips, but we should really try to plan out this carpool out! To add I can leave my place really early if ya need me to pick up anyone in a different city,

It's more or less up to you if you want to join us.
I say you do, because I want to be cheap to have more money to spend on goodies and such at the fest :P
$130-$135 would be for the entire stay, which I think is late check-in Thursday, and early check out Monday, I just asked him to make sure about that part because I wasn't sure if those were the exact days.
We're going to be at the Palms, which is maybe a block or two away from the Rio I believe.
There's supposed to be a shuttle that goes straight to the Rio as well, and the guy that booked the room is thinking about getting a rental car so that may make travel easier, though I don't think walking would be much of an issue anyways if he doesn't.

I was planning to leave Thursday like midday or so, and I don't mind taking a leisurely route there, as long as we get there by Friday xD
And then maybe leaving Monday morning after the last day of festivities, but leaving Sunday night is okay by me too.

Well, my friend recommended me this other hotel that I got for $149 for three nights it also provides a free shuttle service as well which is a good thing since I hate driving in a busy area XD
I won't be able to leave Thursday though since I would most likely have work and school x:

Edit: hmm I might cancel my reservation, the hotel looks decent, but the reviews are mixed x: though I'm sure I won't be there 95% of time, however I rather be with fellow ffxiv peeps~

Yeah, that's why I didn't try to get a cheaper hotel.
They look all right, but they kinda suck from what I read as well xD
