Duty Roulette: Trials - not working

Hi Support,

i have the problem that in my Duty Roulette: Trials is a ??? and i don't know what is missing?
I did EVERY Quest and every Trial (except the Extreme ones) before patch. And i allready have my relic weapon. I did everything before in before january 2014 (pre patch) So what is missing here?

My guess is, that you have a bug in Game so you didn't recognize done quests and dungeons before the patch. For example, in january the Hydra and Chimera fights wasn't in the duty finder, and after a patcj it was added to the duty finder. But i needed to get again to the spot to get the duty finder list entries. (...i made these fights before).

Can you please fix it? The Game Support ingame can't help. They reffered to this site.

I don't see the Ramuh story fight listed. Did you do that one?

^ That was my question. You have to clear Ramuh story mode to do Trials roulette.

The roulettes were changed up a lot with the last update.

It's probably Ramuh story then. Try doing that fight in the story mode and it should let you do Trial roulette again.

Hmmm...got the whole story afaik.
Because the buggy thing with the Chimera and Hydra fight was strange too. I got i allready, but i needed to do it again.
But i read in the forum that the problem with the chimera and hydra is a known problem. So let me check ramuh again.

Hydra/Chimera isnt a problem, they said you had to go back to unlock their DF entry. It's likely Ramuh, but if that doesnt work, screenshot the lower part of the right panel so that it shows which youve completed and people will be able to help more.
