You will need to have 370 CP to pull it off. So use food to bump up your CP. if you are short in CP you can risk using Hasty Touch but it's too much of a risk in my opinion. Using FC action to boost your Craftsmanship and Control by 10 can help if you gear is lacking some materia.

This is what I used to get 5 HQ Vanya Silk and 50 HQ Silver Brocade for my Weaver.

This gives me a HQ chance of 90-100%.

Be very careful of Excellent condition as it can easily mess up the craft more often then help.

If you do get Excellent after Ingenuity use Byregot's Blessing.

I have just encountered the same issue, admittedly with Inner Quiet. I was modifying an existing macro having acquired a new skill which I wanted to incorporate into it. Suddenly Inner Quiet stopped working with the message Cannot be used at this time. I had only added 2 new lines above Inner Quiet which was the first skill in the original macro. Comfort Zone as line one and Tricks of the Trade as line two with Inner Quiet moving to line 3.

I tested some more and finally deleted the 'Tricks' line making Inner Quiet line two. Inner Quiet immediately started working again.

Why it stopped working I have no idea and why deleting the line above it made it suddenly work again, again a mystery.

If you are unable to reorganise your macro to move Ingenuity to a different line ( worth a try I suppose ), trying splitting your macro into 2 parts with Ingenuity as the first line of part 2.

IQ didn't stop working, the error is from ToT which can only be executed upon GOOD condition.

If you want to test it, do a LONG wait on ToT, say 10 secs, and see if you get the error.
