Hey man, first of all enjoy! Here are two of my questions:

Q1 - People who now have both tanks/casters/healers leveled and use the same gear pieces for both, can not give both jobs a different glamour (when you glamour your PLD body, it will use the same for your WAR for example). Will you change this in the near future since gear is so often used by similar roles in a group?

Q2 - Are you happy with how FFXIV has a more casual approach towards an MMO? follow up: Will there be more hardcore endgame content outside of Coil?

Q: Looking at other MMOs such as WoW or Rift, there is a lot of incentives for raiding such as exclusive mounts, pets, titles, and BoA items. Right now all the raiding rewards in ff14 boil down to BiS, HA weapon, and glamour. Since those three type of rewards are all RNG dependent and a raider could go an entire tier without achieving any three of those rewards, is the dev team planning on adding more incentives to raiding such as mounts, minions, and titles for regular coil?

Do you already have the method and look for the final version of the Zodiac weapon done? If so, will it end pre-expansion or post-expansion?
