    I don't mind it costing a bit or requiring tomes or crafting efforts.

    I'm also hoping partners will be able to co-own a personal house or that we'll at least be able to set our partner specifically as having full access in the housing menu, uniquely from other groups like friends, FC or LS mates.

    This. I want to set permissions so my spouse can "live" in the place. I understand if spouses can't "co-own" because GMs don't want to play divorce court, but it's gonna be super lame if my spouse can't at least rearrange the furniture or has to bug me each time he gets something to add. :v

    Also, teleporting. If we get personal aetherytes, who else can use it?
