    I read it as: image must not be larger than 1024 pixel for height and 1280 pixel for width, which would make more sense.
    Weird, i read it as : h and w must be between 1024 and 1280 px.

    ( so that it's not too big or too small )

    Yeah, that's why it says for both height and width. The NA page reads:
    Images resolution must be between 1024x1024 and 1280x1280 pixels.
