    oh you are the guy who wanted his DoL restarted to lvl1, if that's what you want i'm afraid there's nothing they can do, to change something related to your character development they would have to use a "back door" but devs rarely put back doors on MMOs because they lead to hack, and even if there were they would never use it for customer support.

    I already gave him a suggestion and he still wouldn't take it.
    Level it to like an odd or even number.
    Make it to like level 15 or just max it. Getting to 15 takes no time.
