You can make any race look appealing in a sense, but too little people can understand that like you.

Like me? Listen you little pompus twerp I've a mind to break a stool off your head and shove your head up yer arse--I me-mean you can't make people change what they like I play a roe how can you assume such of me? I think I understand very well thank you. I just don't think there is any need for someone who is neither Elezen or Roe trying to say our race choice isn't appealing; people pick what they want deal with it.

I do wish this game had a blatant rip-off of the Sylvari from GW2 to play. The free lovin' magic fruit people from the giant talking tree will always be my favorite MMO race.

The server i'm on must be odd then as I see very few lalafel around, probably the least favorable behind elezen and roe (roe have quite a few on ours ^_^). I'd agree that we're over-run with catgirls, but the majority of those still have the newbie icon next to their name.

OP doesn't get it, the way roes are designed will always mean we will be the least appealing to the majority. FFXI was the same way, less Elvaan and Galka more cats, Taru, human. It's just people's preference and you can't change that. If the new race looks even more beast like it will probably have an even lower play to it or even amount as roes do. I personally like the low head count on Elezen and Roe and even highlanders... It's exotic to me.

Elin exclusive items, an Elin only class, Elin's get better vanity than anyone else.
Loli's rule the friggin' rule world over there. Bring Elin's here and Popori's. [But like...Shota's or whatever]
and everyone will convert into them LOL. I love Lala's though, they're adorable.

They are. And it happens in every MMO with such race diversity, no race needs to be "buffed" here. (Buffed...). Just look at this:WoW race statistics. and I don't think Blizzard will "buff" the Goblins. Of course, that's relative, because the goblins and the pandas are new races, and the older ones were active for longer time, but then look at the human/gnome proportions. Still the same. I would love to see more beast-like races in this game, though. I don't really mind if there're a lot of cats, midgets or midlanders.

I was a female miquote for awhile. Got sick of how many there were around, so changed to highlander. Tried midlander, like midlander but their run is annoying, so switched back to highlander.

Would love to be an elf character, and while there can be beautiful elezen, I just cannot get over their odd proportions.
