If this is accurate or not is anyone's guess until someone from SE confirms, but yeah. Here's to hoping.

But is this the 1.0 list? A combined 1.0 & 2.0 list (same vendor name)? :/ Only definitive info thus far from SE excludes the geta/clogs and some of the yukata.

Possible. I found it by looking under the vendor in the NPC tab of patch 2.3. So while it is completely likely that that vendor only has what will be there in 2.0, can't be sure. So as I said here's to hoping.
