Garuda Extreme Mode has too much health

Ifrit Extreme needs about twice as much HP.

I'm actually against this simply for the fact it would create the same issue OP is bringing up about Garuda. Saying we want to lower the HP on Garuda, but then boost Ifrit's HP is asking to have the problem reversed. We'd want the fight to be about as short as Ifrit EX.
