Does this mean past event items be available to anyone even if they did not participate in the past event? typically, the past event items are only available if you had completed the past event. This seems to state that they are available to everyone.

I'm curious about this as well. I love the look of the new Yukata's, but I'm curious as to why only the one of the previous three Yukata's are available to purchase, and if there are special requirements in regards to purchasing them. Also, the sandals aren't listed either, which is a same because I was hoping to do a glamor with the black yukata and sandals xD

Last year it was just a regular fighting FATE (maybe had no time to do a special FATE because it was shortly after launch).

1.x's events were you targeted the enemy and did /pose or /firedance (depending on which event it was) so you didn't directly fight them. In ARR...yeah, FATE zerg, nothing creative honestly.
