Since all of the posts here seem to just be FC advertisements or people looking for Coil statics, I think I'm going to change it up a bit.

This question goes out to everyone who plays in our world's markets.

Why are the raw materials for primal glowing weapons so expensive compared to the final synthed weapon? Even when it is HQ, the gil made from selling the components for a glowing primal weapon are equal to (or more) than taking the time and effort to actually sell the finalized synth. Why is that? As it stands right now, there is no point at all in synthing these primal weapons. Selling the mats for them is where the real gil is at. I find this phenomenon kinda ridiculous.

And while I'm on the topic of cutting edge synths... I have another series of questions. Does it seem like our markets concerning endgame items is slower than that of other worlds? It seems we are slower to get new items up on the markets, and slower for people actually buying them. Do you think this is indicative of something? Like we don't care as much as a group about cutting edge items? Or perhaps we all just tend to desynth and synth ourselves, so we don't have to buy as much on the markets? I'm honestly very curious.
