Please Consider letting "Go Go Gomera" and other raid fates give allied seals

I wouldn't go so far to say they are useless, but to end game players definitely they aren't really worth anything. I think he is trying to avoid the issue we had in 2.2 where high level people were zerging low level fates for atma. It got in the way of new players who wanted to level. With the raid equivalent fates though, that number of people is needed and is sorely missing in the zones when they happen.
