Ishgard is radically devout to Halone. Halone's aspect is ice. Iceheart/Shiva are related to ice. Halone = Iceheart = Shiva? DUH DUH DUHHHHHHHHHH

I'd believe this if Halone was a feminine Twelve, but every Ishgardian you meet speaks of Halone as a masculine Twelve (and like he's Jesus). Iceheart, as I said in my prior post, is very likely.
