    There's a guildhest that does exactly what the OP asks for, don't remember the name though. I hated it cause every time I played it, people would NEVER listen when me or someone else says that all of the mobs had to die at the same time or they fully revive and we start over.


    Now imagine doing that for 24 players.

    Well I suppose there was that bit in CT1 where the skeletons had to die with some distance between them, but even that people would regularly screw up. I would like to see some encounters where people had to split up and some things depended on others, but I can also see why they haven't done this. Maybe they can test the waters with some easy mode version of this where timing isn't necessary, just group A does this, allowing group B to do some other thing, and the consequence would be a delay rather than a wipe if they aren't performing well...

    Yes it is something people will screw up. A lot. Failure isn't the end of the world, it will just make success that much sweeter. Being able to preform alliance will probably be out soon as well. I would prefer they not be afraid to make difficult content because people might fail. I would like to see difficult content for something other then 8 man parties.

    It's not that people are afraid to fail, it's the sheer difficulty of getting a mass amount of players to actually be coordinated. That's why we are never going to get anything complex for this game. It's bad enough that one mistake=wipe for most of this game. You might have a better chance seeing more complex mechanics in a 4 or 8 man dungeon than a 24 one.


    There's also the issue with lag, which makes timing even more difficult to coordinate with a group of people if their internet is crap or if the servers are choking.
