Dude really? Out of ALL the complaints and suggestions regarding the craptastic feature that is ATMA. THIS is the one you (representing the dev team of course) response to?!

Might as well put on some white gloves while you slap all of us across the face. At least, there's a tad of dignity to it.

Why do people keep whining in situations like these? Do you really need the development team to keep repeating that they have no plans (at the moment) to do anything to the atma drop rate? By your logic they're not allowed to mention anything else about it.

I am merely here to challenge their approach. The whole quest line has been such a controversy. The reason you keep hearing people talking and discussing about it, its because Dev has yet to made a logical explanation and/or change to make the system better. They've "addressed" the issue once, change the color on the item icon.

Yes, I would like them to keep telling us they have no plans to do anything to the atma drop rates. In fact, they're already silently doing that. The more they beat around the bush on this issue , the worst it gets. So yes, I would like them to keep saying no, but give us a logical reason why gating their customers behind rehash low level content via RNG is enjoyable. If a majority of your player base does not enjoy the process, its broken.

Devs please don't respond to this message I'll save you the time and link them to a previous response regarding to this situation.

While you may not find this topic "worthy" of an official answer, that doesn't mean that the person that started the thread or the others that showed support agree. If we receive answers on a subject, we feel that it's a worthy of a reply. We'll continue to try and get responses on a wide range of topics as we go forward, just as we have always done.

Well, it's nice to know my suggestion at least got some attention, even if you're not moving forward with it. I just hope that at the very least, it helped put in light the two issues that are the current Atma drop rate (vs the time needed to solo FATEs now that everyone's done zerging them), and the overly excessive amount of Fieldcraft III Demimateria required to upgrade the tools to Supra
