Are the stirrers they give you for drinks are models of each class weapon?![]()
The food looks good. That Titan burger especially. I wish we could get stuff like this. I'd love to go to a place like that.

Honestly, if there was one of these near me, I'd go bankrupt wanting to be there every day.

Speaking as an actual chef... I must know how they made that broth such a lovely shade of blue, That has to be one of the most clever ways of presenting a seafood soup/noodle dish I've seen in a longtime.
if I had one real critisicm (My first post in this thread was a joke obviously), The "Titan Burger" looks....well... The piece of nori is neat but the burger looks a little...ordinary, almost dull (and the bacon looks almost raw).
otherwise...SURRENDER THE SECRETS OF A BLUE BROTH!!!!

This "meal" is called "The cold tsunami noodles of the Water God Leviathan". As a total amateur, maybe you could check some blue~ish alcohols or colorants that marry well with noodles, clams and shrimps ? just a guess.Speaking as an actual chef... I might be able to say more about it if I go there (I'm not so far away at the moment), if it's not overcrowded and if it's not totally overpriced >_>
side note : they'll likely never release the full ingredient listgotta keep the secret for purely trademark purpose

Guessing that they would most likely use a fish broth (if they didn't it'd be weird) There are a few liqours that are blue that could work, but when cooked down they tend to turn more green, same goes with food coloring in broths. But my background is mostly European cooking, so the only alcohols that pair well with cooking of seafood are primarily white wines, Japanese flavors are something I do more as a hobby, and they're hard to nail down correctly. and yeah They'll never tell me...I'll just have to sit and stare and marvel and most likely never being able to taste it, I'll never be able to figure it out. This "meal" is called "The cold tsunami noodles of the Water God Leviathan". Possible, if fresh from the ink sack, and added more or less as a garnish, but that tends to color things black.
