I think it's due to something other than hunts, although hunts are one of the main reasons i agree
If I make a party of 2-3 people and queue up, they complain that queues with me in the party are extremely long, but if we all queue up separately their queue times fall drastically while mine still stay the same,
Of course it could just be me, but maybe frontlines matchmaking is taking ranks into account and trying to do same same thing it does with wolves den?
I don't understand why this is required... I was in frontlines yesterday and I had a RL disaster I had to deal with.. (Had a spillage over electrical equipment etc, bit of a nightmare) this isn't something i would usually do but it ended up with me being AFK for maybe a few minuets.. when I came back i was out of Frontlines and the message said something like you were ejected for being away or something like that. Fair enough I understand and agree I should have been ejected.. but doesn't that mean it is already working?
You can easily get around the afk timer, plus vote kicking would allow people to remove toxic players and people where its obvious that they aren't trying to play the matchI don't understand why this is required... Though I agree that it may be required to deal with the odd player, I think the outcome of one Front Lines match is less significant to say that of completeing a dungeon or other PvE content which requires this ability to boot toxic players.
My concern with the addition of vote kick feature is when people start abusing it, because you know it will get abused and there will be a whole load of drama because of it!
people already abuse it whether pve or pvp. yesterday i got vote kicked because i was healing the party with eos and since i wasn't physically moving, they assumed i was afk (mind you no one even died), even tho i told them i wasnt, and vote kicked me
DF for FL seems a bit off. Sometimes I queue and go afk. When I come back I'm 40+ min in. When I withdraw and re-queue, I get a 5m queue or an instant pop up. It also happens with 5-10m queueus. When you exceed the queue time given and re-queue, it will put you in a game all of a sudden.
Maybe we'll get some info about DF. Would be nice to have some honest answers. It's these little things which add up and drive people away.
What are you talking about? They fixed the DF for Frontlines like 2 days after it launched.
yea the dual patch was already sent out. the first one was to get rid of the troll queues when the cancelling of queues by players was going on for over an hour at a time. and the second patch was for the downscaling of queues when there were less than 72 players.
