Elemental stuff and things like undead-slayer require some pretty challenging balance. In theory is sounds kind of fun "I'll be able to use my ice spells and do more damage!" but in reality it's "You need to use ice on this boss and if you don't do ice damage we don't want you in the group".
So if they implement it there has to be a reason to not exclude Warriors from, say, the Zombie-primal because they don't have undead-slayer.
(Also of note is that Paladin is more like "knight" in the JP version AFAIK, so I think we over-play the holy aspects of the job)
As far as skills I'd like to see:
Something that makes Fracture a worth while thing. Like a proc that adds wrath or activates something that can mitigate some damage.
A party-protector of some kind. Thrill of War from PVP?
