    Elemental stuff and things like undead-slayer require some pretty challenging balance. In theory is sounds kind of fun "I'll be able to use my ice spells and do more damage!" but in reality it's "You need to use ice on this boss and if you don't do ice damage we don't want you in the group".

    So if they implement it there has to be a reason to not exclude Warriors from, say, the Zombie-primal because they don't have undead-slayer.

    (Also of note is that Paladin is more like "knight" in the JP version AFAIK, so I think we over-play the holy aspects of the job)

    As far as skills I'd like to see:
    Something that makes Fracture a worth while thing. Like a proc that adds wrath or activates something that can mitigate some damage.
    A party-protector of some kind. Thrill of War from PVP?

    I agree with the over play on holy aspects to an extent since it's really only called paladin to be fancy when it really is just knight (i mean it does have cover which is the iconic knight ability) but i think the 'holy' aspect more comes from the connection to conjurer rather than simply the classic job it represents and it's more or less based of FF11s paladin which was a holy knight.

    I'd really like to see some gap closers added to the tanks tool sets.

    But specifically:

    Paladins - 1 additional AOE ability. Also, I'd like to see a specific heal like Regen, but it only heals when the Paladin is hit for 1% of health, say duration is 20s or stops is 20% of total health is healed before 20s is up.

    Warrior - 1 extra defensive cooldown that persists so long as you are hit, maybe something called Thick Skin. You get 1 extra armor added per hit you take, lasts until no longer hit and caps at maybe an extra 30-50 armor.

    This. I like these suggestions.

    Warrior is seriously lacking in armour. and if they wanted to make a tank that is based on anything Berserker style they need to do something like this.

    Do note that I am not asking for God mode. I hate that mentality, and i can hold onto any content i played so far with good results. its just that sometimes i wish i had some semblance of armor. I would even suggest that either use Defiance (more hp) or thick skin (more armor) something like that that is a toggle like sword and shield oath.

    And something needs to happen with Fracture. make it comboable, gives wrath, offGCD anything that can help that little skill.

    The reason warrior has less armor is balancing, the skills like thrill of battle, bloodbath,storms path,inner beast and the higher HP in general are meant to balance this out for the sake of playing differently to pally.
