    Acolyte (ACO)
    Conjurers who have forgone healing to protect their allies on the frontlines. They use their elemental magic in tandum with weaponskills in combinations called Magic Bursts.

    Gale: Damages a single foe. Potency 130. Deals Wind-damage. 2 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Quake: Damages all enemies around caster in a 5 yalm radius. Potency 90. Deals Earth-damage. 2 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Flood: Damages all enemies in a 5 yalm radius on a designated area. Potency 70. Deals Water-damage. 3 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Ice: Damages a single foe and generates enmity. Potency of 100. Deals Ice-damage. 2 second cast time. 2 secondrecast.

    Transmute: Damages a selected foe and converts some of that damage into a percentage of MP (Damage x 0.08= MP%). Potency 100. If this skill finishes off an enemy, the user will recover double MP%. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.

    Barrier: Places a Barrier effect on the user for 5 minutes. Barrier increases the targets physical defense by 10%. 3 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Astra: Places a barrier around the user that absorbs 15% of the user's maximum HP. Lasts for 30 minutes or until it absorbs the required amount of damage. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.

    Weaponskill
    Seraph Strike: Throws weapon to damage a single enemy and pushes them towards the user. The targeted enemy can only be pushed up to 5 yalms and will stop once they are 3 yalms away from the user. Potency of 50. Deals Wind-damage. Instant cast time. 10 second recast.

    Rock Crusher: Damages all foes within a frontal cone. Potency 110. Deals Earth Damage. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Aquastrike: Envelopes the user in water and jets them to a targeted enemy and damages them. Potency of 90. Deals Water-damage. Instant cast time. 25 second recast.

    Dazing Swing: Damage a single enemy and stun them for 4 seconds. Potency of 30. Instant cast time. 30 second recast.

    Northern Cross: Damages a single foe and places a 5 yalm AoE where the user stood for 20 seconds. While standing in the AoE, any damage done to the user will decrease by 5%. Also, any enemy stand in the AoE will recieve damage over time. Potency of 25. Deals Ice-damage. Instant cast time. 10 second recast.

    Realmrazer: Damages a single foe. Potency of 120. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Shining Strike: Damages a single foe. Potency of 130. Instant cast time. 2.5 recast. When Bishop's Endure is activated, whenever this move is used outside of comboing it iwht Realmrazer, the user has a 75% chance of gaining a Penance stack.
    Combo: Realmrazer => Shining Strike for 130 potency and to reduce the target's blunt-resistance by 10% for 20 seconds.

    Support Skills
    Aquaveil: A Stance skill. Places a magical shield on the user that provides a 75% chance that their spells will not be interupted by enemy attacks but doubles their MP cost. Instant cast time. 5 second recast.

    Augeo: Generates enmity at designated area with in a 5 yalm radius. 2.5 second cast time. 10 second recast.

    Discipline: Increases the enmity generated by your next skill/spell by 1.5x (this does NOT include Magic Bursts). Instant cast time. 150 second recast.

    Magic Bursts
    Magic Bursts automatically happen after you preform a certain combination of spells and physical attacks.
    Detonation: Gale + Seraph Strike. Damages a selected target. Potency of 70. Deals Wind-damage.

    Scission: Quake + Rock Crusher. Damages all foes with in 5 yalms of the user. Potency of 90. Deals Earth-damage.

    Reverberation: Flood + Aquastrike. Sends out a wave of water, damaging all foes within a 5 yalm radius of the selected enemy. Generates enmity. Potency 60. Deals Water-damage.

    Induration: Ice + Northern Cross. When the caster stantds in Northern Cross's AoE, any damage done to them will now be decrease by 10% instead of 5%.

    Rasp: Northern Cross + Transmute. When cast in the Northern Cross's AoE, the user will now recover 0.5% of their MP for every damage-tick done by the AoE.

    8. Enchanted Vitality I: Increases vitality by 2.

    36. Enchanted Transmute: Transmute now heals a percentage of HP as well (Damage x 0.01= HP%).
    40. Wall: Adds 15% increased Magic Defense to Barrier.
    44. Chivalery: Disipline will now increase the enmity generated by your next 3 skills/spells.
    48. Enchanted Magic Burst: All Magic Bursts recieve a 10% damage increase.

    Unlock: 30 ACO/15 GLD
    Crossclass: GLD, MRD, and CNJ
    Relic: Mjollnir

    Having received the blessing of the Elementals, Bishops augment their defenses to endure strife to gain Penance, boost their resolve, and gain appeasement with the Elementals.

    Skills
    • 30. Endure: A Stance skill. Reduces damage the user receives by 15% but decreases damage by 20%. Whenever the user receives a total amount of damage that equal 8% of their maximum HP, they will gain a "Penance" buff. Penance decreases damage done onto the user by 2%. Penance can be stacked 5 times. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    • 35. Pearl: Uses 2 Penance stacks. Places a "Pearl" buff on the user for 30 seconds. Pearl increases the user's blocking rate by 35% and damages any foe that attacks them with a potency of 25. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    • 40. Parley: Uses 2 Penance stack. The user places a "Parley" debuff on a selected target for 15 seconds. Parley reduces the target's physical damage output by 10%. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.

    • 45. Sanctify: Grants the user 5 Penance stacks. Instant cast time. 90 second recast.

    • 50. Intervention: Uses all the user's Penance stacks. Restores 5% of the users HP for each Penance stack used. Also places an "Intervention" buff on the user for 20 seconds, which decreases damage done onto the user by 2% for every Penance stack used. Can only be used when Endure is activated. Instant cast time. 5 second recast.

    Just my two cents, but I don't see why this class needs Magick and Mend, since its only 'healing' ability is the capstone for the job. A better choice would possibly be something that increases the amount of damage absorbed by Astra? Also, you might want to switch Realmrazer and Shining Strike as to when they're learned, or give Shining Strike something useful when used alone, because as it stands now Shining Strike is useless until you learn Realmrazer.

    As for my suggestions for the job, take this with a grain of salt because my only experience in tanking is witih WAR, but I'd recommend either making Penance stacks generate a bit faster (maybe every 8% HP lost?), or making it so certain class skills generate stacks of Penance as well. Also, I'd recommend changing Intervention so it either reduces damage taken by the same percentage as it heals, or doubling the amount it heals. Admittedly, if Intervention has no cooldown, I can see 25% HP as being pretty good, but I still think it should also reduce damage taken. Maybe, in that case, how about reducing damage taken by 2% for each Penance stack spent on it?

    Otherwise, I kinda like the looks of this class, and would probably have a tough time picking between WAR or BSH for what tanking job I want to 'main'.

    An increase to Astra's barrier is a good idea.

    Realmrazer vs Shining Strike
    I put Shining Strike first because it's potency was lower. I figured getting an attack with only 100 potency so late in the game would be lack luster. I'll raise it potency and switch it with Realmrazer.

    Penance
    I was also a bit worried that it 10% might be too slow. I think I also need to word it better. You gains a stack whenever you take a total amount of damage that equals 10% of their HP, it doesn't have to come from one attack or one enemy. I could also have Shining Strike add Penance then, when not used with Realmrazer. >w>

    Intervention
    I had designed Intervention to be like a self-use Lustrate (including the instant casting and quick recast. I forgot to add those to the Bishop's skills) but I can see how that might be a bit lackluster and detrimental, seeing as it could take away 10% of your Damage Reduction. Your suggestion is good. I could add a buff that does that for 20 seconds, like GLD/PLD's Rampart.

    - Boosted Shining Strike's potency to 130, added the addition effect of granting the user a 75% chance of gaining a Penance stack when Endure is activated (when not comboed with Realmrazer), and switched it level acquired with Realmrazer.
    - Renamed Veil to Elemental Veil
    - Replaced Magick and Mend I with Warding Veil
    - Warding Veil: Astra's barrier now absorbs 20% of the user's maximum HP.

    Bishop
    - Added cast and recast times
    - Retuned Endure: A Stance skill. Reduces damage the user receives by 15% but decreases damage by 20%. Whenever the user receives a total amount of damage that equal 8% of their maximum HP, they will gain a "Penance" buff. Penance decreases damage done onto the user by 2%. Penance can be stacked 5 times.
    - Intervention now also adds a 20 second "Intervention" buff that reduces the damage the user receives by 2% for every Penance stack used.
