Ehm... No... I got some tells over the weekend.. Don't expect it to go away either, since there's not really anything you can do about it.

It is much, much better than it used to be, but it's still there. Funnily enough a week or so ago I commented in /fc that "hey, I haven't gotten a single RMT tell since the patch dropped!" and not even fifteen seconds later received my first RMT whisper of 2.3.

It's much more bearable now, I receive maybe one tell every few days and don't bother blacklisting them anymore because I never receive more than one from the same spammer now.

SE limited the number of tells per second that could be sent out.
