    Good idea I an think of other ones as well:

    BLM: floating in the air

    WHM: a simple prayer tot he elementals

    PLD: either Cloud or Squall's animations from the OP or a sword plant

    WAR: Remving soem sweatoff his brow or a fist pump

    BRD: Hums or sings the fanfare

    MNK: meditation?

    DRG: A similar animation to cloud's (they do seem like the aloof type)

    SMM: Reading a book while a certain power overflows him
