    Mostly agree on this.
Just want to note that Syrcus Tower MT doesn't have to be from B-alliance (though tanks should obviously not be SB-ing either, regardless of if they're MT or OT, when they can't handle their responsibilities).
When I go with FC tank, he usually takes on the MT role regardless of alliance, and on trash pulls everything instead of splitting up between the tanks.

I think it is server dependent thou. Japanese are very organized players, if you are on a JP server and plays with them, Alliance B is the boss tank, an unspoken rule

I enjoy being Alliance B tank - cos I don't need to run around chasing mobs and also.. I can go bonkers with the boss (I'm STR DPS built WAR) without pulling aggro half of the time XD

The way item level is calculated in this game is wrong to begin with.

I'm so tired of wiping constantly on Primal trials like Titan HM because noob level 50s were able to enter the DF despite wearing level 45 items. I see people in the DF all the time who aren't geared for the encounter manage to get in because they bought one i90 item, like that's all they need.

Players wanting everyone in their top gear somehow aren't looking to get carried? It's never a waste if its something you had to/were going to do anyways. It's called being efficient.
No, asking ppl to equip their best gear, is efficient; dropping your dps from 300 to 30, isn't.

You're simply using efficient as a qualifying word for a different subject than the quoted poster. You say efficient for damage, they say efficient for time. You're both right either way for different reasons.

It's definitely a little disappointing to see that level of obnoxious.

I don't mind people spiritbinding 1-2 pieces in a raid, but that's the max and really should only be done once you know the encounter very well. Syrcus is still fairly new and for people to be disrespecting one another's time like this... Well this is when Mommy and Daddy need to step in and put a stop to it. The players can't be responsible with nice things, so I agree nice things need to be taken away. Disallow spiritbonding in raids entirely unless you have formed your own entire group. I don't think it's a good idea to disallow swapping gear in an instance - if they ever do something about how boring and linear our classes are at some point multiple sets might become useful again - so it needs to be dealt with another way.

They can, as proven in second coil, for turn 8 I went in with a new upgraded ring, after clearing trash to the boss SB was still at 0%.

That is incorrect. Second Coil does give spiritbond, but it is slow.

The rate of spiritbond is proportional to the "level" of the mob vs the item level of your gear. If your gear level is too high VS the mob, your gear will not bond - just like how i90 gears doesn't gain spiritbond with WP runs, you have to actually run 1st Coil to spiritbond them.

IL110 gears does bond in 2nd coil, albiet VERY slow.

I do spiritbond in dungeons but I switch 1 or 2 items due to the fact that switching more than 2 does have huge difference on my damage output already.
If the guy switch 2/3 of his gear and don't switch back even after the wipe then it is ok to kick him because it does apply to "harrasment" - he purposely does not contribute to party effort to beat instance.

I'm not sure how equipping lv.49 STR accessories over ilvl.90/100 accessories is dropping your DPS from 300 to 30.

If dropping a total of 35 STR is somehow making you lose 90% of your damage output, you should really improve on your gear or play something else.

No one here is saying to wear lv.20 items in every slot, people arent that dumb. But switching out accessories does essentially nothing for your damage output that's even noticable in face-roll content such as Syrcus Tower. Especially with 24 people there.
