New Mandragola Minions: how to obtain them?

I've heard that the new Mandragola Minions can be obtained through gardening, that implies a botanist is required to obtain them, i suppose xD

so, what I have to harvest, and where, to obtain them? :/
I've red that you obtain them with intercrossing plants, how doeas that work? °_°

I believe its crossbreeding, don't qoute me as I don't remember where I read that discussion.

You plant two plants next to each other and you have a chance of them intercrossing. When you harvest either of plants, you will obtain whatever it is you planted plus the intercrossed seed. So for example, if you planted Garlic and Mandrake next to each other, preferably using Thanalan Soil, then when you harvest them, you will get 12 garlean garlic, 12 mandrake, and a chance at 0-2 Garlic Jester seeds. You then plant the Garlic Jester seeds and wait for your minion to grow.
