did they stop rewarding tomestones for low lvl duty roulette when your playing a low

yea they did b4 when there was still tomes of philosphy around you could switch off of your 50 to a lower lvl class and you would still get tomes

7 of my classes were leveled through low level duty roulette back when philosophy was still a thing. I was never rewarded tomes other than seals, coins, and bonus exp.
