This suggestion may create another issue, for example, 100players can report a person pull the hunt mark before they approved.

Moreover, I have seen players input something on the party chat to make the kick valid.
IMO a 3rd person only can check the chat log to see if someone has used offensive/bad words regardless what reasons,
and should not try to judge the case by the story appeared on the chat log as it may not reflect the fact.

In addition, when an "abuse of vote kick" is voted and agreed succesfuly, do those people voted agreeing "the abuse of vote" also violate the rules?
And if playerA tried to "abuse vote kick" and failed, then later, can playerB vote kick playerA, ie. for the reason "cheating" ? ^^;

Sounds almost what happen to me except I got them in trouble.

Garuda extreme I won the fight previously before I went inside, so we wipe a few times because the other tank wasn't doing very well, though I said nothing the whole fight. Out of the blue the main tank says to me, dragoon you suck, you can't even pull hate off or keep me alive.

I say how do you expect me to do that, I am not a tank or a healer, so why point your finger at me.

Second to last fight I start dying cause the healers aren't even healing me at all, I basically kept myself alive and died the other healer raised me up but couldn't do much cause he was on main tank duty.

So they all start attacking me cause they wipe with the same story, I find out the 2 people who started this were from same Free company and the other people were all from Faerie server, except the other healer.

GM told me he is checking then finds out the main tank told the healer from his shell not to heal me and let me die.

So I am glad I got them two in trouble, behavior like that sucks.

Please take my advice that I said days ago (emboldened for convenience.) This is something for the GMs to look at. Not the whole world (I think I just found my new signature.) The world will just throw fuel on the fire. And in the future, please don't chop off part of my posts if your going to quote me. You might miss something important.

I didn't post that part in the quote because it was not relevant to what I was addressing in my reply. Finding a new group will not fix the fact that the Terms of Service are being unclear on the matter of abuse kicking. And I honestly did not think that calling the GM again would fix it, since the first one was already pretty clear that to them, my report did not seem to give evidence of any whatsoever violation of the ToS. The "whole world" as you so call it, that I wished to contact with this thread, is the developers of the game, those who may have clearer information on the ToS and thus may have a better way to be clear on this matter.

Maybe it is my fault, but I am a rather subdued type. When I go to the authorities to report a problem, and am told there is no real problem, I hardly try to insist, and tend to back off or forget about the issue; I figured the GM had other calls to attend to, and that my case was not that big of a deal, so I didn't insist with the GM call for my own personal case.

What I posted in this forum was on a more general level, and did not regard my case alone. I could've probably avoided posted about my kick entirely, and only focus on the main topic, but then people would have asked me where I was coming from with that, and so I implemented the information as a whole to avoid misconceptions and rushed judgment on my motives to bring up this kind of topic.

And with that I hope the matter is settled. I thank the GM Enkrateia for the response, as it seems that maybe there was just indeed a misunderstanding between my report and the GM that replied to it. I really hope that was an isolated case as it seems to be (I personally did not think that could happen; all the few GMs I've met before looked like super heroes to me). I would have preferred an ultimate answer about the Terms of Service, but if this whole case was just a slip, then I suppose it's no problem.

It was a long, interesting read on this thread, and I am glad to see that nobody else has had a similar case during a GM report. Should this ever happen to any of you, don't do my mistake, and call the GM again. It was probably just a misunderstandment.

If a GM really told you this(they're nto supposed to) the GM himself can get in trouble. They're not to tell you anything about what they find.
