Ever since the hot fix I haven't been able to see an S rank at all. As a tank I don't have any non target aoes except steel cyclone. Best I can do is Infuriate> Steel Cyclone and pray I hit the mark to only get 5 seals from an S rank.

Resets I'm fine with for now since they act as the invulnerability till me or my party members can make it after some troll comes along.

As for HP they need to raise it even more. Id rather spend 10mins fighting a B rank solo then .25 secs from a horde of players. S ranks need to be beefed up to near Odin/Behe level.

I did some research back in to the history of the earth and found out something interesting. The earth had notorious monsters at one time too called: dinosaurs. However, the only way that people were able to exist on this planet without a lot of trouble was for them to have been dealt with (IE: "fixed"). This was done by a large meteor striking the earth according to most scientists. This meteor wiped them all out allowing people to live peacefully.

Therefore, to solve this hunt problem, Dalmund should fall from the sky again.

LOL but isn't Allied Seals and alternative way to get Sands and Oils?
How much hand out do you need?

    How about this?
Instead of making the mob invulnerable, it locks the mob's aggro table. Once a "finder's tag" has been established, as long as the finder remains nearby (up to, say, 2-3 minutes) nobody but the finder and his party can get aggro on the mob. Applying a finder tag could also potentially boost contribution or even reward a bonus seal or two as a reward for doing the legwork to find the mob.
The trade-off: using a finder's tag is forcibly macro'd to the command "/s Mark found! <t> <pos>" and the "immune to aggro" status is removed immediately upon any member of the finder's party attacking the mob. In other words, once it's pulled it's fair game.

Tying it to the aggro table is fascinating

Isn't this just an elaborate way to say "we should use a tagging system"?

Fleshed out, rather. But sort of, yes.

Had I simply said 'tagging system', SE might probably have the bright idea to make NM's exclusive to parties.

I don't think anybody wants that.

Yeah, because sitting on your arse doing nothing waiting for stuff to pop is "working for gear".

Forgive me if I prefer to actually play the game.

Truth be told, I fail to see a difference. With the "tagging" gives you minute to get there, 4-5 minutes immunity preventing anyone else from tagging it, and guarantees the tagger will get full credit, it basically takes the 1st come, first served approach and gives it turbo engines.

I think you're misunderstanding. Non-tagging participants (out of party attackers) can still get credit same as it currently is. Tagging merely prevents finders from being cheated out of fair (some would say "due") credit.

The invincibility period additionally favors both the finder's & the collective (prevents mistaken/troll pulls).

    It's nothing short of win-win.
