    I'm just miffed that my character has a legacy mark, but I don't have a legacy chocobo. (I missed the billing cutoff date by THREE DAYS)

    It's not a Legacy mark, but more a 1.0 mark
    The Legacy chocobo get every character on a legacy account, while the mark get only the characters who were created during 1.0 (also on normal account)
