The funny part of his post is that Hunting elite marks actually involves a whole lot of doing nothing while you wait for stuff to spawn. This is his definition of "working for high quality gear".

Currently, the rewards for doing the daily hunts are ridiculous. 3 seals for killing 3 groups of 3-4 monsters spread out through several zones and 4 seals for doing 2 FATEs that you'll likely have to wait for them to spawn? You can get way more seals in less time by killing elite mark hunts.

Daily hunts need to give at least 50 seals to be worth the time they take.

Your problem can easily be solved by saving up and buying an updated system. But yeah, go ahead and accuse the people that can hunt of doing nothing, because that's not implying that anyone is lazy, right?
