Players Loot on items then leave before finshing the dungeon?

They should make a that way if ppl leave mid-way through, every Exp/items/Allagan (basically everything) that they got from the dungeon will be lost, along with the time penalty and a chance to have the whole party report on them because as soon as the person leaves they should do a party survey asking why the person left and if they want to report. If a vote happens and everyone leaves then thats fine, you leave the dungeon with what you got, if it is a vote to kick then the same rules of the "ditching" applies but only if the person was kicked because of mean reasons, if the person got disconnected and kicked then thats fine, something like this would make ppl think twice about quitting half way. Its not fair to the DPSs cuz the long wait for something like this to happen is not fair, they should really fix the dungeon system and that includes the loot system, the DF system, the bosses, the fact that they put the same DPSs in the same team and we get stuck with 4 of the same DPS class.
