Never ever in my entire life have I played a game with worse connectivity than FF14. I get at LEAST 3 90k's per day, not to mention the 2002 lobby errors that automatically terminate the game. According to SE it's something to do with my ISP, but I call bullocks on that.

I don't see where you get to call bullocks on that. There are known infrastructure errors with the gateway between US clients and the Montreal-based servers. Also there's the fact that very few players actually have this, which makes it even more likely that it's a problem either with your hardware or with the hardware that carries your signals to and from the servers.

Just calling out. 6 straight months on Midgard, PS4 (Michigan based) only once have I been DQ'd.

I am on one of the most populated NA servers and have not gotten one of these for a few months. Also, I do hunts and see other people disconnect and still don't have an issue. Sounds like you need a better connection.

Haven't got 90k'd in months. Maybe your connection just sucks?

Going to go ahead and agree here, I play every day, multiple hours per day. In the last 30 days I'd say maybe 1 90k to report.

Another thread where someone clearly doesn't have any understanding of how the internet works and instead blames the game in their ignorance. You can't fix people who refuse to try and understand the problem. They just want to point a finger and place blame.

Peering networks deficiencies in the US have been in the news quite often in the last few months. This is but a symptom of that problem.

These horrible servers won't keep me from playing, though.

People really should start thinking, when they see, almost no one else is having this problem.

Im playing at least 7 hours a day, and so far i only had one day, where it 90ked me 2 times in a row, and im still not sure if its the fault of SE or my internet provider.
I Also do get 90k, when my 24hrs disconnect happens, so its not really a proof that its a server side error.

Lol OP, don't you think maybe it's your ISP at this point? I RARELY get 90k'd anymore. And if I do, it's usually around like 12-1am where for some reason AT&T found it necessary to allow my internet to go out for like 5 minutes every now and then. As if it's some kind of routine reset or something.

7 Months later, and they are still happening. Why are these: "Connection to the server lost 90000" errors still persisting after nearly a year of the game launch?

Because whenever YOU lose connection to the servers, that's the error message, just like "404 Page Not Found" still exists to this date despite being around since at least 1995.
