Cannot post in Forum - "Main Character's Level Not High Enough"

Any time I try to post a topic on the FFXIV forums, I get this error:

"New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."

I definitely haven't reached my daily limit, as I have never been able to make a thread on this site outside of Technical Support.

Further, my main character, Aurelien Rainier (Sargatanas), is level 50 in DoW PLD and MNK, DoM WHM and BLM, is level 50 in all DoH classes, and level 50 MIN and FSH for DoL. My highest iLVL is 99 on WHM.

Are they only allowing people who have all classes maxed out at 50 to post here? Do I need an iLVL of 100+ to post? If so, that's a horrible decision.

Yes I do, a trash character I imported from beta on a JP server.

Is this screwing me over from ever posting on the forums?

it's not just making threads, it's posting in threads as well.
