Retainer Ventures XIV found items list

Since I don't see a specific thread for this but I do really wonder what greatness Venture XIV has for us (since I really haven't found one) I thought we could make a list especially for the 18h Explorations XIV.

I send out two i80+ Retainers (Conjurer and Arcanist) daily since 2.3, I'm not really happy about this, was hopeing for something new in the new explorations...
Tried sending my Botanist but it only brought back the same stuff, so I took back my gear to gather myself.

What did your retainers bring you?

I believe an FC member mentioned he got the Tiny Tapir from XIV ventures.

I'm starting to send one out for i80+ ventures (archer) now that I can pass down old SMN jewelry for the iLvl boost, hoping this is where you get Waterproof Cotton.

Also you said Saurian Leather and not skin?

I have had Tidal Barding, Guarda Talons for my MNK and several darklight items. She is only level 35 too cos i didnt realise the class you pick for them is always lower than your own for the same class.

For rarer items like these, do you send them out on the Quick Ventures or the 8 hour explorations?

Yea the quick ones do seem to give better items, but I wanted this thread to be about the new 18h one that we got in patch 2.3, to see if there is ANYTHING good (like waterproof cotton?) to get from them.

Except for hippo or couerl skins my PGL retainer has been bringing me back mossy stone weapons (claws, sword, staff), and nothing else of note. Still need to give my MIN retainer a militia sledgehammer and a couple pieces of materia before he can do the top tier venture.

The thread was asking about the XIV 18hr ventures. It's well known that the quick exploration brings back any item in the game of a certain ilvl or below that does not have the "rare" flag set. There is no set list of things that quick explorations bring in, so making a list of them is pointless. However, the 18hr ventrues have specific items they can bring in, and most of them from X to XIII have items unique to them that are found nowhere else (Taffeta, Light Steel, Gyshal Rings, Mossy Stone weapons, certain minions).

It was hoped that the XIV versions would be the same as the XII and XIII ones, bringing back a unique crafter mat and a unique minion. However, only a new minion has been found so far, from what I've heard.... What about Floss Silk though? Has anyone ever gotten that from the XIV venture, or is that a drop from Unhidden chests? I've never seen it in game, but some are on my server's MB.
