    Hi guys, I made it finally to the Forums. I have full meld and found the best off hand meld to be: Craftsman 16, Control 3 or 4, CP 3. It gives total (after HQ Bouill) of CP 391 and a progress of 58 (does NOT go higher or 59 with 19 craftman) on lower crafts so I can one hit base items.

    My normal 3 star hit like Terminus putty would go something like; Use HQ Bouillabaisse (All "Good" conditions use Tricks of the Trade except for maybe right near the end of synthesis if you have enough CP)

    CZ,IQ,SH2,PbP,PbP then keep using Hasty Touch to use up the rest of your SH2. Once it's gone get stuck back into the progress, use Manipulation once to keep the CP down, with CZ, & CS2 until you are ONE STEP away from 100% complete progress, Then get stuck back into the quality; use CZ, SH2 and Hasty Touch until durability is 20 then use Master Mend 2, then keep going CZ,SH2 and HT and use manipulation depending on how many "Good" conditions and ToT you get, and try to get the IQ stack bonus as high as possible(11). Once you have only 20 durability left you can choose from the remaining CP to use -SH2,Ing2, Inn, GS then BB. I would normally have between 56-130 CP left over and would go with something like SH2,GS and if a good come's up then use Byregots Blessing if not then use Inn and hope for that good! And if any excellents come up in the synth I normally just give it a basic touch (under SH2) and BB any excellent's at the end of a synth.

    When is a good time to Reclaim using the 2nd Rotation? After 1 or 2 Failed HT's? Also many have stated that you can get HQ Finished products with NQ Terminus Putty making reclaiming a bad idea. Is this true or do you see HQ Terminus Putty as being essential for completing your finished products?

    Daaaaaang, Scarebearz! I thought I was awesome to get to step 53 on a three star synth the other day. I reached like, 80% chance from 0 starting quality before using BB. I bow before your awesomeness

    And no, 397 CP is not enough to convert the last HT into a BT. Btw, the new equips only give +6 CP, not +7. The rotation uses 382 CP as listed. To replace, you'll need 18 more CP. 15 extra CP is not enough to use an extra BT.

    It's one extra piece by piece at the start, so you have one fewer move to add quality on.

    This is the rotation I've been using posted over at the ffxivguild.com website. Can I safely just replace any of the Hasty touch in this rotation with a piece by piece as long as that piece by piece falls under a steady hands to hit the 667? Or is there a more optimal way to do it?
