I think some people are still confused on what's going on, so I'll try to make it clearer.
As far as chocobo foods are concerned, crossbreeding has multiple possible results instead of one possible seed result. So far it looks like one possible result will be a choco food, while there will be one alternate result that's not choco food.

With that in mind, here's how it looks so far, based on what I've read in a couple of threads and my own results:

Gysahl Greens
	Krakka + Coerthas Carrot	(alt: Coerthas Carrot)
	Krakka + Gysahl Greens
	Krakka + Paprika		(alt: Coerthas Carrot)
	Krakka + Pearl Root		(alt: Ala Mhigan Mustard)

Curiel Root
	Krakka + Chamomile		(alt: Pearl Ginger)

I don't know if this alternate results bit applies to any cross that doesn't involve choco seeds.

And to people posting their results, please try to keep in mind how crossbreeding works.
The resulting seed is decided at the time of planting. When you plant a seed, it'll crossbreed with whatever was next to that bed. If there were multiple things adjacent to the bed at the time, then I'm not sure how it's decided which one is bred with, but it would probably help to know which one's older.


edit: I'm not going to maintain this post, but I added a couple of seed alt results from what people have said later in this thread, and moved the Krakka+Rose combo to Mimett instead of Sylkis. I originally thought the Sylkis report was more reliable, but that's multiple people saying it gives Mimett now, so I at least wanted to correct that.

It does, though not as often as it appears with these chocobo feed.

Also the alternative seed pool for Krakka + Honey Lemon is Mirror Apple seeds.
So for my results is roughly 37% chance of getting Tantalplant Seeds, and 63% for Mirror Apple Seeds. Small data size since I've only harvested 8 plants so far.

Thanks for the overview of the results but you've missed one key point of the crossbreading:

Plant A + Plant B /= Plant B + Plant A

meaning there is a big difference in which plant is primary (e.g. the one you're actually receiving the seeds from) and secondary ("assisting" one).
