    If he looks in the page of Syrcus Tower in the Duty Finder, does it say that he received the loot for the week there as well? If not, might have been a bug in the instance, but if it does say it in the description too and he hasn't gotten anything for sure tell him to contact a GM. I suppose that's his best bet.

    It didn't say that before or after... I'll tell her to contact a GM although she tends not to bother
