Proof of people cheating using radar app

It's not like it gives an zone-wide scan of monsters, it'll only show them within render distance and to be honest if it only showed up on the radar within that distance you'd no doubt spot it anyway.

I'd hardly say it was "cheating", if so then the Twintania app would be "cheating" as well since it helps people with the fight but I didn't see people moan about that.

I've seen a lot of people just hanging out in confirmed locations of these beasties. Last night, a huge pile of people were circling around a giant, black couerle and we had a very civilized countdown to FIRE. Just as they were about to release holy hell on this poor, unsuspecting creature, someone fired the first shot from a hidden location!

Anyway, I digest... The point is that if I was in a linkshell with a group of people and was running an app, I could leave my character sit and wait for a pop of the monster. That would be boring unless I was going to work out, have dinner, go to bed, etc. Now I'm a radar repeater for the rest of the shell. How about I give my access to someone who places me there and the results are the same. I'm still not convinced it works, but I am willing to play devil's advocate and give possibilities. We still pummeled him, and I'm pleased with the tomes I got, but it would seem that there needs to be something done about that. I happened on a creature in the North Shroud (I was doing the Atma in the region) by myself. I shouted and there were only about 8 of us partied when we pulled the trigger. It was fun, because it lasted a while. If you wonder why I happen onto all this stuff, it's because I suck at directions in this game. I'm always running down a path that leads nowhere, and that seems to be where some of these creatures pop up. The one in the North Shroud was on a stream that went to a rock wall. Derp and yeah at the same time, I suppose. LOL
