Best description of the state of "The Hunt"

This hotfix, doesn't work and I know it because Naul and another A rank just spawned at my server, still die within few sec. So yea, still can't get the max rewards.

Heard this from multiple sources already. Going from 5 seconds to 20-25 seconds doesn't help much. It also seems Square Enix hasn't done anything, or can't do anything, to address the appradar hack/abuse. The use of third party software will make these adjustments almost useless. Unless they make the fights last as long as Odin/Behemoth, or even half of what those fates take, the problem will persist.

"we have identified a number of players that have used illicit actions to complete certain content. On Jul. 14, 2014, 9 accounts that engaged in illicit activities have been given a temporary ban." I know the reaction will be 'oh wow, 9 people', but I'm pretty sure Hunt cheating is exactly what they're referring to - so they are intending on doing things about it. Report people that you have reason to suggest are using the radar.

That aside, a handful of bans and the HP changes are not nearly "enough" - but it's good to see a willingness to do something, especially in a relatively short timeframe since release. Hopefully this means further action is incoming, and it definitely means the situation is on the dev's radar.
