Crossover potential betwenn XIV and...everything else (spoilers for more than XIV)

Okay this is another fun thread were we discuss the possibility of crossovers that could happen without clashing with the lore of both this game and the thing being crossoved. Not that odds are that un;ess it's with Disney movies, Dragon Quest, or another Final Fantasy, SE would not consider it due to licensing issues but lets assume for the purposes of this thread they are actually doing a crossover with another franchise What would you think would work without messing up ether side's continuity and why? (besides the fact that you like both or hate the thing being crossover'd).

(There will be some spoilers, just not for XIV, yet)

I'll get the ball rolling here as well as set a template for future posts

My Little Pony Friendship is Magic:
Why it could work: Well interdimensional travel is possible. but so far it seems to only be limited to parallel worlds. It is possible to for it to work but but it would probably strain the lore a little bit, especially with the method of interdimesional travel being limited to 30 "moons".

BlazBlue:
Why it wouldn't work: well for starters, the BlazBlue games center on Timey wimey stuff. Some of the charater time travel and certain spoilerific things in the thirs game make using certain characters unusable. you could theoretically try to pass it off as an alternate timeline but since the 2nd game ends as a unified timeline, that would still raise some eyebrows

Bravely Default:
Why it could work: Well it's a Final Fantasy in all but name as well as interdimesnional travel.
Why it wouldn't work: But like the MLP example above, the only worlds sworn are parallel ones, and the way it is presented as a time loop is more...strict. Then again if it does get crossed over the parallel word thing would allow more...liberty.

SO (Legal issues aside) what crossovers do you think would be possible without clashing with the Lore?

DISCLAMER: This is just for fun thread and before you complan would you rather have threads whine about stuff that gives hateboners (like Atma and Hunts)?

Why would Grandia II be good? Because "Valmar" and his/her light-based variant are inter-dimensional "Gods" or such. Plus, if enough people do it, Square-Enix / Ubisoft might re-release it on steam. Please? Pretty Please?!

Grandia III would also work, since there was a bit where they traveled across time and space.

but if i had to guess at something not square enix but from a friends of the company i could see a noubou event

I assume you didn;t read the OP. But this thread is made under the hypothetical event that their lawyers have OK'd a crossover (that is not Kingdom hearts)

Uhhuh... I don;t know much of Grandia's lore but It could potentialy work provided there aren't any cosmological messes like in BlazBlue or DC

Add some more dances and make a FFXIV Kinect (or Eye Toy or whatever PS3/4 has) and cross it over with Just Dance. Kind of like what Star Wars Kinect did. Stream your best Manderville online via the PS4 in FFXIV's mini-game!!!

Actually, I'm more of a fan of DDR and EBA, but any rhythm games I'll try out.
