think of it as that one thing meny people aim for, since leaving a party in progress grants a 30 min cool down it would allow people to do turn 3 as easy myth, since people LOVE easy myth farming, and since turn 3 has no real reward to it, this would hopefully bring it back into the roster as a binding coil turn rather then a thing none does.

Turning t3 into something worth farming in roulette form will just turn it into a kick fest for anyone that doesn't want to speed zerg to the end for myth.
