Weird. I would think GMs would let you make that trade. I mean, the only thing the vouchers can be spent on are those black swimsuits.

Greetings, Violyre!
Your post was brought to my attention by the Community team, and I would like to take a moment to try to address it. Based on what I have read, you purchased a male and female Cascadier body piece, and tried to exchange one of them for the leg piece so you could have a complete set. If my understanding of your situation is correct, the message may have been sent was due to a misunderstanding of the item reimbursement policy. Being able to exchange for the leg piece would certainly not be available for you, and it is something we should be able to assist with. Please submit a GM Call including the following information, so we can try to assist you:
- Name of affected character
- The item you would like reimbursed
I will make sure that the policy is clarified, since this specific situation is a new one that we have encountered, and the policy in this situation is not the same it might be when relating to different items. Hopefully we can help you complete the set!

Is there any reason why those items are gender specific? Or is there any reason why it wasn't added to the calamity salvager? Now that we can obtain up to 10 fantasias (and more later on) seems rather silly to lock this uniform to just one gender.
Also is there any restriction on how many times we can request an uniform replacement for the other gender?
The Calamity Salvager NPC can now exchange gender-specific gear for the opposite gender to alleviate problems like the ones you describe. The OPs issue was slightly different from normal and that's why it required special attention. Is there any reason why those items are gender specific? The OPs problem seems a little odd that it falls out of the scope of services though, according to the followup post on the first page. Isn't it just a matter of removing the wrongly purchased item and replacing/mailing either the voucher or the correct intended equip? I'm fairly sure GMs have that power.
Oh that was my bad, I was confused with the name of the outfit we get from veteran rewards, I thought the Calamity Salvager could only exchange items from the last summer event.
Thank you for clarifying~

Thank you! I'll submit it right away, and put a link to Enkrateia's post, just in case.
