    hrm, maybe it's different at lower level then because that changes at higher level. I apologize, the higher you go, the lower and lower the skillups are when your closer to the percentage, it probably ramps up at higher levels. i'm level 85 getting .03-.05 at 90% and no skillups at 100% success.

    No need for apologies, we're all still figuring this stuff out. And coming to these boards and discussing it is much better than trying to figure it out on your own!
