Hunts were a terrible/irresponsible idea

The hunt system is very poorly conceived. Honestly, it's amazing that it passed quality control to be added to the patch. Monsters are dead before people can get credit. If you wait to let others get credit, you don't get credit. B Rank Elite Marks are dead in seconds giving pretty much nobody except the claimer a chance in hell. The last live letter feels like a total troll now we know how the hunt system works.

I've spent about six hours today hunting these and I have 99 Marks to show for it. I've seen ten different... DIFFERENT A Rank monsters die as I get there because, guess what? People kill them because they don't care about other people. SE, you need to learn if people can be jerks with content they will be. You said people would need to shout in zones for help? Oh they do. But the moment they smell blood, the monsters die.

I've seen a good couple hundred marks evaporate before my eyes today and the one time I was there in time I did the decent thing and turned, to let others have time to get there. How stupid of me because I didn't get credit.

Great reward for being a nice person. Nothing.

The whole system needs fixing. I've played your MMOs for years and this is the worst system you have ever released. Even Abyssea was better than this garbage.
